Durango

We had such a great time on our trip North.  Durango is beautiful and we really just love it there.  Every time we have to leave, I look at Mr. T and ask him if we can move there (in reality, I'm sure we'd be over the snow after one winter).

We skied for 4 FULL days.  The snow started falling on Saturday when we were on the tubing hill and it continued through the night.  I'm not sure of all of the snow totals but we had 2 days with fresh powder :).  

The guys got to spend a morning sans kiddos and headed to the backside of the mountain.  We (the ladies) got to enjoy that afternoon skiing with no kids.  It was a nice break and we got to see part of the mountain that we had not seen yet.  

The kids, all 20+ of them, did GREAT!  They were all skiing/snowboarding like pros by the time we left.  Our kiddos, having been to Durango before, pretty much took off on day 2 and would check in after every couple of runs.

Every afternoon, after the lifts closed, we'd all head into Purgy's for an apres ski.  The kids would usually head out to play in the snow because they didn't get enough on the slopes :).

All in all it was a wonderful trip.  It has been really hard to get back in the swing of things but it usually is after any vacation.
